What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your dates, guest count and any message you write. That is all we ask for, and we do not ask for card details on this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your request and arrange your stay. If you tick the newsletter box we will also send occasional emails about availability and offers, and you can unsubscribe from any of them.

Where it goes

Your request is stored on this website and emailed to Eileen. If the suite calendar is connected, your dates and name are written into that calendar so the suite is not double-booked. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Email eileen@palmbaycayman.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Cookies and embedded maps

We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Your browser may store your search dates locally so the form remembers them; that never leaves your device.

The suite and contact pages embed a Google map. When one loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. Nothing else on this site loads from a third party.
